PILATES je posebna vrsta vaj za krepitev telesnih mišic. Pilates kombinacija telesne ozaveščenosti, dihanja ter tekočega, nadzorovanega gibanja. Poleg povečanja fizičnih sposobnosti, pilates izboljšuje telesno držo, poveča fleksibilnost in ima antistresno delovanje, saj je naš cilj, da se po vadbi počutite sproščeno. Vadba je namenjena vsem, še posebej pa začetnikom, saj se ustvarja podlaga za vaje, ki se izvajajo na naših ostalih vadbah.

T.E.A.M. FIT je funkcionalna vadba namenjena vsem, tako začetnikom kot tistim malo bolje pripravljenim.
Takšen način vadbe spodbuja vzajemno delovanje mišic in simulira gibe iz vsakodnevnega življenja. Poudarek je na osnovnih gibalnih vzorcih, ki vključujejo čim več mišičnih skupin v eni vaji. Vaje se izvajajo z lastno težo ali pa s pripomočki, kot so TRX trakovi, vrv, žoge (različne velikosti in teže), elastike, uteži itd.

T.E.A.M. FIT+ je intezivna vadba namenjena bolje pripravljenim posameznicam in posameznikom, ki dodobra obvladajo osnovne gibalne vzorce in so pripravljeni na stopnjo višje. Poleg vaj, ki se izvajajo na T.E.A.M. FIT vadbi, se tukaj na izvajajo tudi različni skoki in poskoki, težje variante osnovnih vaj, vaje s t.i. ročkami (utežemi), kettlebell utežmi, elastikami, medicinkami in drugimi pripomočki.

VADBA ZA ZDRAV HRBET je namenjena odraslim in starejšim ljudem obeh spolov, z različno stopnjo telesne pripravljenosti in športnimi predznanji. Pobudnik programa je Športna unija Slovenije, cilj pa spodbuditi ciljno publiko h gibanju ter zdravemu načinu življenja. Sedentarni način življenja vodi v slabo telesno pripravljenost, ohlapne mišice trupa in slabo telesno držo, posledica pa so bolečina v hrbtu ter nezmožnost dela in slaba kakovost življenja. Vadba za zdrav hrbet je sestavljena iz različnih gibalnih vaj, kjer je poudarek namoči, gibljivosti in stabilizaciji mišic trupa, mišic medeničnega obroča in ramenskega obroča.

SPINNING je imitacija kolesarjenja. Z različnim tempom in težavnostjo boste simulirali naravne kolesarske razmere, kot sta klanec ali ravnina. Intenzivnost vašega treninga in posledično tudi vašo fizično pripravljenost boste merili z merilniki srčnega, ki si jih boste nadeli pred pričetkom vadbe.
